Connie's story
I pulled out from a stop and "t-boned" an Oldsmobile sedan. The Olds was going about 45mph and I was going slow. The Smart stopped on impact and the airbag deployed - a bruised arm was my only injury. As you can see from the picture, car damage was minimal. The Oldsmobile had two smashed doors, a smashed rear fender and a flattened back tire. The police and rescue folks were all amazed at how well the Smart handled the impact.
